Solution: Pay attention to check whether the operation of the peristaltic pump head runner is flexible; pay attention to cleaning the pump head pressure tube surface; appropriately reduce the speed of the peristaltic pump operation.

From the size and shape of the damaged peristaltic pump hose, the cause of the damage: the peristaltic pump hose may carry different liquids, and some liquids may corrode and dissolve some of the hoses. If we see that the peristaltic pump hose becomes brittle, hard, loses its elasticity, discolors, swells, breaks, etc., it is usually caused by the hose being unable to deliver the liquid.
Solution: Find the hose material that will not be corroded by the liquid that it is transported by itself.
