Since the flow rate of the peristaltic pump is related to various factors such as the rotational speed, the degree of compression of the silicone tube, and the nature of the liquid, the flow rate originally set must be re-corrected for each operation to achieve constant current control. 1. Turn on the power switch and press the “◢╱║” button. After the pump is running, press and hold the “Exhaust” button to drain the residual gas in the silicone tube. 2. Put the silicone tube into the measuring cup, turn on the power switch, press the “◢╱║” button, and time the battery. When the pump runs to a certain time (such as 10 minutes), turn off the power switch and stop the pump.
3. Divide the amount of liquid in the measuring cup by the counting time to get the actual flow rate of the operation. If the amount of liquid in the measuring cup is 26 ml/10 M = 2.6 ml / 1 M, the current speed of 42 rpm / M is equivalent to a flow rate of 2.6 ml / M, and other required flow rates can be obtained in a similar manner.
