(1) Pump for injecting high-pressure water, solution, and medicament into the injection pump unit. High pressure water is injected into the reaction system, while distillation and separation systems inject more chemicals (such as inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, anti-foaming agents, polymerization inhibitors, antioxidants, demulsifiers, etc.). Plunger metering pumps or proportional pumps are generally used. ① pump flow is small, requires accurate measurement. Therefore, the use of positive displacement pump is more appropriate. Pump metering requirements in the case of low centrifugal pumps can be used. ② General injection pump are operating at room temperature. The discharge pressure of the pump is higher, depending on the pressure at the injection site. ③ due to strict measurement requirements, the pump itself requires accurate measurement of flow control device. ④ for the injection of chemical pumps, to consider the corrosive media. (2) Pumps for feeding fuel oil in furnaces or boilers in fuel oil pump installations. General use gear pump or centrifugal pump. The flow rate is small, the pump outlet pressure stability (usually about 1 MPa). ② conveying temperature is not high, generally less than 100 ℃. ③ high viscosity fuel oil, heating transmission needs. (3) Flushing Pumps Pumps for conveying flushing or washing liquids, such as catalytic cracking flushing pumps, flushing pumps for ethylene plants and high and low pressure flushing pumps for fertilizer plants, and C02 washing pumps for urea plants. Generally use centrifugal pump or vortex pump. ① chemical pump flow, lift is not high (except for high pressure flushing pump). ② continuous flow control when required to ensure the completion of washing and washing. ③ generally work at room temperature.
