Spiral dosing machine use and maintenance:

1. When using this machine, the load is not allowed to start. It must be started after 2-3 minutes of starting. Before stopping, the feeding should be stopped first. After the remaining material on the conveyor belt is delivered, stop the machine and cut off the power.

2. In order to ensure the life of the machine, pay attention to the lubrication of the running part.

(1) The oil holes of each part must be oiled frequently.

(2) The upper and lower rollers and the feeding roller are cleaned and refueled every three months when they are frequently used.

(3) The worm gear box is cleaned and oiled once a month.

(4) The small wheel refuels once a day.

(5) The tail adjustment screw is often refueled.

(6) The transmission gear should be oiled frequently to ensure smooth operation.

3. When the machine is transported, the package must be placed in the middle of the conveyor belt to keep it running smoothly.

4. During the use process, it should be kept clean frequently, and regularly check whether the main parts such as rollers, rollers, worm gear boxes are worn or not, whether the fixing bolts and nuts are loose, and whether the general parts are broken, cracked or bent. Phenomenon, if the damage of the machine is found, it should be replaced in time.

5. It is found that the rollers and rollers are not rotating or inflexible. When there is noise, they should be removed for inspection and repair.

6. During bulk transportation, the side sill of the feeding hopper is propped up, and the supporting legs are connected with the frame by pins and inserted into the * hole of the foot. When the package is transported, the side plate of the feeding hopper is lowered, and the pin of the feeding leg is inserted into the second. hole.
