The mainstream products of industrial pumps are concentrated in turbo-centrifugal pumps, axial flow pumps, volumetric piston pumps, screw pumps, and Roots pumps, which have the disadvantages of difficult sealing and short service life. Turbocharged pump head is generally 20 ~ 50m, if more than 60m you need to increase the pump speed or increase the pump series series, at the expense of pump efficiency and cost, and lead to the structure is not compact. In fact, high-lift occasion is very much, like tap water, boiler water supply, sewage pressure filtration. Centrifugal pump efficiency is generally 35% or less, low pressure and high flow occasion to reach 50% to 80%, the efficiency decreases with the lift. Axial flow pump efficiency is generally below 45%. Screw pump higher efficiency, can be about 78%, but the processing complex, expensive. Piston pump the highest efficiency, up to 019 above, the transport of non-oil materials, combined with the friction parts lead to shorter pump life. Diaphragm pump chamber need not worry about leakage and sealing problems, but the flow is too small. Based on the above situation, this paper presents a new type of industrial pump - breathing pump [1 ~ 3], and conducted a preliminary study. Under the reciprocating tension and compression of the push-pull rod 5, the pump body 4 constantly sucks and discharges the liquid, so it is a breathing pump. The pump is a volumetric type. The main advantages of the breathing pump are as follows: No strict requirements on the delivery of liquid. Used to transport neutral or corrosive liquid; clean or abrasive liquid; containing gas or bubble-prone liquid; can also be used to transport liquid containing fibers and solids; and the temperature of the liquid transport material is small; Leakage, no traditional industrial pump sealing difficulties, the sealing structure is complex, short life issues; pump made of rubber and other composite materials, light weight, low cost; long life expectancy; total efficiency of more than 90% of the pump, greatly reducing the operation Cost; system installation and maintenance convenience; no shear effect on the liquid; no cavitation phenomenon of traditional industrial pumps; pump head can be designed very large. The main drawbacks are: there are always some trapped flow in the pump body, so that the pump structure is not compact enough; the need for reciprocating motion mechanism as the prime mover; at the beginning of work, the pump body is not row of net air will reduce the pump suction (which can be designed to 3m Above); with the inherent defects of reciprocating pumps, fluid pulsation, the need for oil institutions or check valve, pump outlet should be set pressure limiting device, or the use of motor frequency control or belt drive. This paper presents a new type of industrial pump - breathing pump, with long life, no leakage, low cost, high efficiency and lift series, but also has all the shortcomings of reciprocating pumps. Pump deformation affects the pump displacement. Puffed flow in the pump affects the pump suction. It is recommended to use the eccentric mechanism to drive the push rod to reciprocate. Integrated valve can reduce the size of the pump, reducing pump costs. Breathing pumps can be widely used in the following areas: as a metering pump; as a low-pressure pump, without any leakage of pollution; from the cost and structure are superior to the existing metering diaphragm pump or diaphragm pump widely used in vehicles such as Dongfeng EQ610021 The engine adopts EQB6012C type gasoline pump [6]; for high-pressure water pump; advantages of sewage treatment, other pumps unmatched; for the second pump, not only overcome the shortcomings of low suction, but also play all the advantages.
