Mud pump assembly sequence introduction:
(1) Prior to assembly, the pump first inspects all parts for dimensional accuracy and has no effect on assembly defects. It must be cleaned before it can be assembled.
(2) Beforehand, tighten various connecting bolts, plugs, etc. to the corresponding parts.
(3) Heat the rolling bearing in hot oil to 85~100°C and remove it at the shaft shoulder at both ends of the shaft. (The order is to install deep groove ball bearings, bearing spacers, and angular contact bearings at the coupling end; install deep groove ball bearings, bearing spacers, and angular contact bearings at the impeller end)
(4) Mount the shaft with the bearing in the suspension.
(5) Put the paper pad on the two bearing end caps, and set them on the shaft-mounted suspension and tighten them with bolts. Pay attention to the use of paper pad to adjust the bearing and bearing end cover clearance, that is, the amount of shaft movement in the suspension (0.2 ~ 0.3) mm.
(6) Mount the anti-rotation pin on the stationary ring seat, install the “O” ring and the mechanical seal static ring into the stationary ring seat, press the oil seal into the machine cover, and then put on the sleeve. The mechanical seal ring is mounted on the shaft, and an "O-ring" is mounted on the seal end, and then the sleeve of the ring is threaded into the mechanical seal cover, and then inserted into the mechanical seal chamber, tightened with bolts. Solid, fitted with a stationary ring seat, and bolted.
(7) Put a water stop ring and an "O" ring on the shaft, and then fix the machine seal chamber on the suspension.
(8) Put an "O" ring on the rear guard plate and install the rear guard plate on the machine seal chamber.
(9) Insert the key on the shaft, and then place the impeller and the impeller block on the shaft in turn, and then tighten the impeller with the round nut and the sleeve nut (impeller nut).
(10) Mount the suspension body, bearing housing, and rear guard plate with the impeller on the pump body and tighten it with a nut.
(11) Place the "O" ring over the front guard plate and install it on the pump body.
(12) Place the fixed cutter head on the suction pipe and attach it to the pump body with a nut.
(13) Secure the pump bracket to the suspension with bolts and spring washers.
(14) Insert the key and install the pump coupling.
